“Nice room with good view .breakfast good. Must mention mara on reception who worked like a trooper getting people check in on her own went above and beyond . Hotel is fine . Clean tidy parking was a bit awkward not many spaces its a struggle to be honest . But hotel is in a good location for restaurants and bars . Enjoyed our stay ”

“It was in the right place and the personalised parking was a great addition, staff were very helpful and menu in the restaurant was a good mix. Room wasn't what we had booked but they quickly amended without any fuss. Would definitely recommend to anyone ”

“Got there Friday afternoon,did not have to wait at the desk, receptionist very good, room clean and tidy,beds comfortable, good bar in the hotel,had breakfast there, really good, overall had a great stay”

“Just come back from a wonderful stay at the Royal Clifton. Yes, it's a bit tired & dated but that adds to the character. Room was fab, spotlessly clean and a bonus of having a sea view! Breakfast was yummy, lots of choice, cooked fresh and of very good quality. Only downside was the lift wasn't working to get to our room so long way to walk up/down numerous stairs. Will definitely be visiting again”
