“有開車的話會比較方便 有充足的停車位 員工講解詳盡 酒店有點老舊 花灑頭一直滴水 以這價錢來說可以接受 入住時剛好遇上區域停電 這不算酒店的過失 不過之後就沒有熱水跟WiFi供應 看來員工沒有察覺到問題並作出跟進 ”

“Great Location, friendly helpful Staff, Good Free carpark, Attached behind Saracen's head pub. Very Close to Weatherspoons, Asda, Greggs, Costa, for anything you might need. ”

“I would have to say this is a good stay but paying for parking is ridiculous especially when it's £10 per night when we've already paid for the hotel, which isn't cheap. The cleanliness of the cutlery, plates etc needs alot of improvement. I had to go through almost a stack of plates to find a clean one. Cutlery was smudged and the mugs were stained with food. Clearly they were not washed properly. Other than that it was a good stay.”

“Location great if you need to be in the centre of Solihull. Clean hotel and polite and helpful staff. The only drawback is that they charged us GBP10 to park our car overnight in the hotel car park, which we thought was unusual and expensive.”
