“Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and approachable and always to hand. A lot of the exterior of the hotel was a little warn and some parts not in use, such as the upper terrace. There was also a lot of area un treated or maintained outdoors surrounding both car parks, which could be put to better use. Also, apart from swimming and a park just over a mile down the road, there was nothing really in place for children. ”
