“Loved our stay in a 2 bedroom apartment, great views and facilities, ideally located for us and met by a friendly member of staff for easy check in and simple check out, would recommend and will hopefully return in future, thank you.”

“Front of house were welcoming, efficient & professional. The key set up was a little surprising; use of a traditional key with a pretty inconvenient tag. Room was clean and accommodating. Plenty of plugs, some with USB support. Bathroom was tiny but has what you need. Parking situation is a bit crazy with it being a outside company. ”

“Stayed here for two nights. Good room facilities, car parking and staff. Close proximity to the city. Doors slamming from guests in early hours of the morning. I can never understand how people can be so inconsiderate when staying away from home. We were on first floor so could hear every movement at lam from guests above. Asked to be moved as we couldn't sleep with all that going on. The gentleman on the reception was very obliging and moved us to the second floor even at 1.30 am! Room was much better and a big thank you to him. Breakfast choice on first morning was excellent you could even order your eggs the way you liked. Pancakes were advertised on the board but weren't available it was only waffles. Meals in the evening were a bit of a disaster as they had no cheese so anything with cheese was a no no! Breakfast the following morning wasn't a great experience. Pancakes still advertised but not available, my suggestion is remove them from the board if not an option. They ran out of milk which isn't acceptable. It is a necessity at breakfast. Was advised they had ordered it but would be 20 minutes, 30 minutes later still didn't arrive so didn't bother with breakfast. Why this isn't sorted the previous day is beyond me. I asked who was managing the kitchen and they advised that their chef was off but that isn't an excuse to have no milk. Someone could have nipped out to the local shop to get a few liters until their delivery arrived. Finally we asked for a couple of freeze blocks to be kept in their freezer until the morning. They were taken off us and as far as we knew they were in the freezer but sadly not they put them in the fridge and we were advised they didn't have a freezer so that was a complete waste of time as they were no longer frozen. All in all probably wouldn't return to this hotel as the negatives outweighed the positives which was a shame. ”
