“Enjoyed our stay , good location and handy having the water tractor/ferry to take you to Salcombe. Our only issue our corner room did not have a view as stated when we booked , room 107 just looks at a wooden fence on tiny balcony, no view like the pictures ”

“Excellent staff, very welcoming and helpful throughout. Reception especially good. Room very clean and well maintained, excellent shower. View from restaurant sadly mostly ruined by looking out over the neglected roof of expensive appartments built in front, hence view restricted and the roof is dirty with rubbish and unsightly pipework. A real pity and whoever designed it and agreed to its build should be ashamed. Howevefr verall a good smart hotel just let down by the restaurant immediate view,”
