“Stayed on a Saturday night. It was probably a very busy day? Room wasn’t ready until about 15:30. If the room wasn’t ready, surely more could have been done for my elderly parents who had been waiting at the lobby for some time? The staff unfortunately didnt seem to bother. Party on a Saturday night is perfectly fine. But unfortunately, for those who prefer an early night, you would be expected to sleep with the beats coming from the ballroom till midnight. Went for breakfast at about 9am. A few hot food options were gone. A few customers were seen waiting hoping for empty trays to be refilled. Probably a mere miscalculation of demand & supply. That said, catering staff were seen working hard. A castle-like experience? That’s surely an interesting first for me.”
