“Me and my partner stayed one night and really liked the hotel. We picked the signature room and it was very cosy and the bed was super comfy. All of the staff we encountered were very kind and friendly. The only reason we didn’t give five stars is because the check-in was a little later than we wanted as the room was not ready yet and we only had one night to stay so there was a bit of a wait but we didn’t mind too much as we understood it had been a busy day for them. However, the staff did bring us both a cold drink while we were waiting to make up for it, which was very nice of them.”

“Stayed a Monday night, woken up multiple times during the night starting at arouns 2am by movement in the corridor, knocking on doors, slamming doors, person coming out of room to make phonecall walking up and down the corridor. When confornted was full of apologies only for it to happen again an hour later. Was working in Rochdale all week but only stayed here one night. Went to the Hampton by Hilton, which was much much better.”

“If you book a certain room with Agoda, e.g. King, they will give your room to somebody else and allocate you a different kind of room. Speaking from experience. I booked a King and ended up in an Accessible Queen room. ”
