“Stayed for one night to use Glasgow airport for an early morning flight. Receptionist was very nice and welcoming. Very limited disabled parking presenting difficulty with luggage. Room was clean and comfortable with exception of choked wash basin which we reported but nothing was done to rectify. Dining was problematic due to bar area being unable to take food orders therefore we were directed to dining room where it turned out the staff member on duty was run off her feet trying to appease unhappy guests. It was approximately two hours for guests receive their order from a reduced menu. The member of staff had attempted to get assistance and she is a credit to the hotel. Poor management given the hotel was very busy.”
