“The only positives were that the bed linens and the toilet were clean. Beyond that, the room was very disappointing. The room was partly underground and had an old, musty smell, possibly from mold. Many things felt rusty, scratched, outdated, and poorly maintained. Half of the electrical outlets did not work, the bath soap pump was broken, and there was no fridge. The AC thermostat was locked, so the room stayed warmer than comfortable. Overall, aside from the clean bed and toilet, the accessories, facilities, and general condition of the room were very poor.”
