“On arrival staff member was lovely and showed us to our room, we didn’t have much time as we needed to get back to linden hall. The shower was freezing cold the room next door had the same problem staff member came in to our room in the loft to fix the pressure of the boiler then said it was be a few minutes for the water to be heated it wasn’t we didn’t have time for showers. We had a drink in the bar whilst waiting for our taxi one of staff repeatedly said about a coach full of customers coming basically didn’t want us sitting there then moved the cutlery try not to wet the table. I thought that was rude all she should of said was these tables aren’t available and showed us where we could of sat. Pillows were quite flat could do with new ones Breakfast was lovely staff member very accommodating ”

“Overall it was a lovely day in the spa area. The food in the restaurant was ok. The drinks were very expensive £30-50 for a bottle of wine. The breakfast was cold and took them ages to serve. Some of the staff were ok but some were ignorant I had to ask where everything was I would definitely go again however I would learn from this experience take drink from home in your room and don’t order the breakfast as it was cold ”
