“Lovely hotel Fab location Good breakfast Great gym ”

“only a 5-minute walk to Anfield stadium. plenty of food options around and parking is available right outside the apartment. excellent option for attending Liverpool games. owner Francis and his son Martin are super friendly and helpful.”

“The best hotel I have ever stayed in Liverpool! Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. The bar downstairs is also very handy! Highly recommend!”

“We stayed at School Lane for two nights and, overall, had a pleasant stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had an excellent night's sleep, which was the most important thing for us. The hotel was also very quiet – despite being in the city centre, we couldn't hear any outside noise. The location is perfect for exploring Liverpool, and the staff were very accommodating in allowing us to leave our luggage after checkout and collect it later in the day. There were a few areas that could be improved. Our room only had one dining chair and no comfortable armchair, which was difficult as my husband has a bad back and had to lie on the bed because there was nowhere else comfortable to sit. There were no drawers for clothes and, although the room was spacious, there was very little surface space to put belongings. A small fridge would also have been useful, and the toilet roll provided was very thin. Breakfast was disappointing. It was very basic, consisting of coffee and pastries only. It would have been nice to have tea and some fruit juice available as well. Overall, the excellent bed, peaceful atmosphere and fantastic location made for an enjoyable stay, but a few small improvements would make it much better.”

“Easy access to Liverpool town central as well as close to Lime street station. Modern facilities and comfortable beds with Great Wall heaters in the bedrooms.”

“Stayed at The Halyard Liverpool for 2 nights over New Year and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel is less than a 5-minute walk from the city centre, making it a perfect location. Everything was immaculately clean and the staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was spacious with an awesome walk-in shower and luxury Temple Spa toiletries, which was a real treat. Breakfast was excellent too. We travelled with our little Maltese and were so impressed with how dog-friendly the hotel is — they even provided a dog bed and food bowl in the room. Dogs are welcome in both the bar and restaurant, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Truly an exceptional hotel and will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Liverpool again. Q-Park is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away as well. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
