“I needed last minute accommodation and this place came up close to the train station for my early train. Self entry well organised and excellent communication. Meticulously clean to a 5 star level. The outside looks a bit old but don't be put off as the standard and high quality in the rooms is very high. highly recommend it. ”

“This was a lovely room in a reasonable location. It was quiet, well furnished and information was given in good time for check in. As far as I could tell, there was just one bathroom between all rooms (perhaps some are ensuite) so could be problematic, but I only had to wait once. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. Weirdly, there's a coded lock on the bathroom so wouldn't be suitable for young children being independent.”

“This is not a hotel, but a complete pigsty. Starting from the front door. We knocked on the hotel door for over an hour to check in, but no one opened the door. We called the number listed on the hotel website for an hour, but only the answering machine worked, and no one answered our call even once. No one answered either the SMS or the letter sent to the hotel email... In the end, after paying the money, we were left on the street in a strange city... This is just a pigsty, not a hotel!!!!”

“I arrived at the property and it was a absolute nightmare to get in the property, what with down loading a app with passwords and codes, luckily another guest was outside the property on his phone and he showed me how to do it all ! The room looked clean on first glance clean and nice, after coming back to room after being out for a meal, I fell asleep, but midway through the night I woke up itching, thinking no more of it until the morning. When I woke in the morning basically I had been bitten by bed lice and bed bugs ! And even now 3 x days later I’m still scratching and taking antihistamine tablets ! I know the room was only £*** ? But I didn’t expect this ? I won’t ever be staying there again ! The mattress needs burning or taking to the nearest waste site for a removal ! ”
