“Very pleasant stay . Room was clean and comfortable and the railway station was in walking distance . Will stay again”

“The hotel staff was very friendly and the cleanliness is top notch. Location : It is 5 mins walk from Ilford Station. ”

“The Location: 7-minute walk to the Elizabeth Line (Ilford Station), taking you to Central London in 30 minutes. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores all around. Reasonably sized room for London. We booked room-only, but got a complimentary basic breakfast provided daily. Nice touch Kalam at the front desk was —always smiling and willing to help. Overall, a great stay for the price.”

“Excellent staff, clean, security have everything we need thank you ”

“Due to rail maintenance, the location wasn't convenient. Ordinarily it would take 30 mins from Tottenham, Canary Wharf, and other places. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfy. The staff was also friendly. The only problem was that people were very loud late at night, like 1AM. Also, we heard a TV on and people talking at 6AM.”

“I had a quick 1 night stay and I found the staff very friendly and helpful, The room was clean with all the amenities you would expect, however the actual decoration & tiling to bathroom were dated and needed upgrading/ repairing. Various switches within the room did not function, as if disconnected and not changed. The breakfast had everything you would expect for the buffet type but the breakfast room was physically cold and stark with no actual feeling. All being said for a quick 1 night it was adequate and worth considering. Overall marks out of 10 I would rate it 5 at present”
