“Cuando llegamos al hotel, nos trasladaron en taxi a otro lugar, ya que las habitaciones estaban llenas. El otro sitio se encuentra a 10 minutos. En los 3 días de alojamiento, no tuvimos información sobre el desayuno incluido en la reserva. Por todo lo demás, recomendable basado en precio calidad. ”

“I booked this hotel but when I arrived they did not have a room for me and they transferred me to the Lucky 8 hotel nearby. This hotel also didn't have a room in the actual hotel but had a room for me in the next block down a residential alley. The room was nothing as expected and did not feel safe. The doorframe was broken and you could tell the room had been previously broken open with force. Also, the windows had the security cables that prevent them from being fully opened, cut with cable cutters so the windows could just be fully opened. It just didn't feel safe. The staff were all very nice, when I checked in and the cleaning staff. Also the room was very inexpensive, but not worth the savings.”

“The Location: 7-minute walk to the Elizabeth Line (Ilford Station), taking you to Central London in 30 minutes. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores all around. Reasonably sized room for London. We booked room-only, but got a complimentary basic breakfast provided daily. Nice touch Kalam at the front desk was —always smiling and willing to help. Overall, a great stay for the price.”

“Positive: Great location. Just 5 minutes to the shops and Ilford station . Value for money. Best comfy bed, warm duvet and fluffy thick pillows. Saji Hotel is run by by a family who lives in the hotel too so they can help with any query anytime Negative: Window lock broken, crack tile and moldy wall in the toilet needs to be sorted. Garden shed and garden needs to be cleared. ”
