베스트 웨스턴 런던 일포드 호텔

I had a quick 1 night stay and I found the staff very friendly and helpful, The room was clean with all the amenities you would expect, however the actual decoration & tiling to bathroom were dated and needed upgrading/ repairing. Various switches within the room did not function, as if disconnected and not changed. The breakfast had everything you would expect for the buffet type but the breakfast room was physically cold and stark with no actual feeling. All being said for a quick 1 night it was adequate and worth considering. Overall marks out of 10 I would rate it 5 at present

Stayed at the Best Western Ilford for four nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were helpful throughout and did their best to accommodate us, which was appreciated. The one issue we had was with the shower – there was a leak where the shower head met the pipe, so water was dripping out rather than staying contained. I didn't get round to reporting it due to a busy schedule, but it's the kind of fault that really should have been picked up during routine maintenance checks before a guest even had to flag it. We also had trouble with parking on one of the nights – the car park was full, and we were advised to find street parking wherever available nearby. To their credit, staff were upfront about this and let us know that space in the hotel car park would likely free up by Sunday morning, and we were able to move the car back then. Aside from these two issues, the stay was good overall and I'd consider returning, provided the shower gets sorted.

Location is excellent. Just under 2 minutes walk from Ilford station and Exchange Mall. Rooms were clean. Staff was exceptionally courteous and friendly. I would rate it 9.5/10. Just add a coffee station and get 10/10

50 for a night at Nye is good ,room was ok ,nothing special but what you expect for this kind of money,

Ilford Best Western has a very convenient location, and the staff at the hotel did everything to make our 5 nights staying comfortable. However, the rooms were very hot on the hottest days in London, with only a fan available to cool down.
