“We stayed for two nights in March. The Foxglove is a warm and welcoming pub/restaurant with rooms. Service was very good, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Nothing at all to complain about, all very nice.”

“I definitely would recommend, it was very clean and the facilities were great! Breakfast was so delicious too. Only thing i would state is that the window in our room didnt keep the sound out as they didn’t shut and seal properly, so we woke up multiple times early morning due to cars speeding past…just sounded like the window was wide open all night. Also the curtains didn’t shut fully so there was a lot of light coming in in the morning too. Other than that i would highly recommend… location is brilliant too! ”

“This hotel is just off the M62 in between Halifax and Huddersfield so is very convenient for both towns. Our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, a tv good shower and lovely soft towels! We will stay again next time we go and visit family!”

“We stayed one night here for our grandson's graduation. Everything was very good. There was a car park in the lower ground floor with a lift for access to the hotel. Our room was spacious with a super king sized bed which was very comfortable with a large screen TV on the wall. The room had everything we needed, hairdryer, iron, fridge, tea and coffee etc. We had a buffet breakfast which had a good choice including vegetarian options. The outside of the building and location didn't look that attractive, but we were pleasantly surprised when we went inside. Everything was great. We would definitely stay there again.”

“I arrived 2 hours before check in time. I was told I could just leave it the dining room. When I said I wanted a more secure place to store my luggage. The receptionist said that was a very unusual request. I have been to be quiet a few hotels it's the norm.When I threatened to mention this response on Trip advisor. He suddenly let me leave my luggage in a secure place. Also when I asked him about local public transport information, his response was I don't use it,so I don't know about it. In a quiet dismissive manner. Also although I have 3 days stay. The same staff member knocked on my bedroom door ”
