“We've stayed here a number of times. The food, service and atmosphere is always great. We've always been very comfortable in the rooms, but this time in room 6, the bed was dreadful. Really lumpy mattress with dips in different places. The shower head was also not working as it should be. I'd definitely stay again, just not in that room or at least until they change the mattress. ”

“Lovely room with comfortable bed, quality bedding and really nice bathroom. Excellent evening meal at the pub with friendly staff and attentive service. Downsides were the proximity to a busy main road so quite a lot of road noise in the room, the fact that breakfast wasn’t served before 9 o’clock which was too late for us and the very poor wi-fi signal - non-existent in the bedroom. ”
