“I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. There was a small issue with my reservation due to the time difference, and I also experienced some noise from the neighbouring room. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and did their best to resolve everything smoothly, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was simple but good, with a nice selection of basic options. The room itself was clean and comfortable. In particular, I was glad that there was no unpleasant bathroom smell, which I have experienced in some other hotels near the airport. I also liked the warm atmosphere of the room, with its wood finishes and cosy colour tones. As someone who frequently stays near Heathrow due to long-haul travel, I have tried several airport hotels. Although getting here from Terminal 4 requires a short transfer to Terminal 2 followed by a bus, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and it was still very convenient for travelling into central London during my stay. I would definitely consider staying at Courtyard by Marriott again on my future visits to the UK.”

“It’s worth of money ,but shower is really small ,and mattress is too soft that when you sleep it’s uneven your posture. Second thing that is did not like that if one person book the room ,even guest is not allowed in that room”

“It's totally crap ”

“The hotel is perfect location & has the added bonus of a lovely restaurant attached, I had a single room so no complaints about the size but the remote control for the tv was missing not hotels fault as it was probably stolen by a previous guest but as the restaurant was alcohol free I respect that but I had to eat my meal in my room if I wanted a drink, as it had no functioning tv it was not an enjoyable experience pity”
