“It's a little further out of town than some of the competition but honestly by no more than 100 yds. Fairly basic and slightly tired decor but good value and serves a good pint”

“We were overcharged compared to the price we were quoted online by *** the room was 29.5 Celsius when we arrive 9 pm window only opened 3 inches and by 8am it had only cooled down to 28.5 with a fan going the entire time ”

“Bistrot Lotte is absolutely wonderful! Lovely, spotless rooms, outstanding food! Lotte was wonderful to meet in person. What a great place to stay! (seemed the only nice place to stay in Frome - we didn't find much of anything to see/do in the town - thank goodness for a great place to stay!)”

“Overall very comfortable stay. The bar had great beer on offer, no specific reception, check in is at the bar. The stairs up to the rooms a little dark and dated carpet worn and paintwork chipped. The room was large with big comfortable bed, we were in a family room 28. Beware if you were using the separate single bed here the wall paper was lifting from the wall. However the room was very comfortable for our 1 night stay, plenty of tea, coffee,hot chocolate and biscuits in the room. Plentiful breakfast. The car park is secure under the local cinema but will test your driving skills as a tight angle to get in, also the gate would be heavy for anyone a bit older. Generally great for a nights stay.”
