“​We stayed overnight at the Albion Hotel for our anniversary. We were very grateful to the staff for upgrading our room to celebrate the occasion. ​Unfortunately, upon checking in, we found over 10 long grey hairs on the blanket and pillows all over on bed. And we not sure more hairs might all over room other place also it feel scary. The reception team responded quickly when called — a staff member came and saw, proof those hairs are real, she came to change all the bedsheet and kindly offered us two complimentary glasses of wine. ​While we appreciated the immediate fix, bringing it up to the reception at checkout, we were told by manager that "it's rare to happen,''. We might not return to stay this place, housekeeping need improvement.”
