“We are returning guests to the Burford Bridge, having stayed here many times before. One of the reasons we chose to stay here this time, was because it was June and we were looking forward to relaxing by the pool. What a disappointment to see it was covered over. We asked why and were told that it was only open July to September! We were not aware of this whilst booking so it was a big let down. This information did not appear on agodo.com during the booking process and we feel very let down by this. Everything else about the stay was great- very restful and relaxing but we could have got that elsewhere if we had known that the pool was not open.”
