“We enjoyed our stay over the weekend and easy travel to city Derby quite close . Only one thing I didn’t like breakfast drink orange juice very weak taste more like orange squash same as apple juice. We will be return again future ”

“big rooms and clean, pub next door for an evening meal and breakfast, about 20 min walk into the city centre or bus stop 5 min walk I would certainly stay again”

“value for money, staff are so helpful, great location-close proximity to the hospital, shops around the area”

“Booked to stay here for somewhere to say after the festival has Sunday dinner and a few beers went down a treat, even there small Sunday dinners are big enough, great staff, great beer garden and a great atmosphere ”

“We enjoyed it. The rooms are a fairly basic but good. The location was great for us as I grew up around that area. Really handy. Staff were great. Great value for money ”

“Good standard all round. Liked parking outside my door. For me perfect location. A comfortable bed and a large enough bath for a soak. Missed air conditioning in the recent heat”

“Booked a 13 night stay with this hotel. Convenient location, good breakfast and relatively helpful staffs. Not so good: hotel has been undergoing refurbishment for months and it does not seem to be ending anytime soon. All air conditioning was not working, multiple fake fire alarms and sloppy housekeeping service. Corridors were very noisy as well. So I don’t think it’s worth the price I paid for it. Maybe one can try booking when they are finally done with the refurbishment. ”
