“We were highly impressed with our entire stay here. The staff were all very helpful, especially Conner who was very friendly and allround well mannered. The room was extremely spacious and the bed was comfortable and huge! The food and service was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Top marks to all the staff at the Waterloo Cross especially Conner. Will be returning soon.”
