“Fantastic Experience staying at Ramada. Got an unbelievable price for 1 night stay there. The check in experience was 10/10. The lobby ambiance was 10/10. Only bad experience was with the receptionist named Komal at the Checkout who initially refused to store my luggage and all in all had a very rude attitude and refused to guide how far the walk to the train station would be. However, i would still 100% recommend staying here as long you avoid Komal during checkout :) ”

“I had a pleasant stay at Ibis. Check in was quick and staff were polite and friendly. They were able to offer advice and tips regarding local sites and travel. My room was basic but had all that I required. It was seemed clean and tidy. Toiletries were provided and there were tea and coffee making facilities. The main reason for choosing this hotel (other than the budget price) was the location. It is within a 5 minute walk from the train station and the city centre is around an 8 minute walk away. If you visit, I recommend checking out the cathedrals and Herbert Gallery and Museum. I was in town to see Bob Dylan (he was amazing) at the BSA. I managed to get an Uber to the venue quickly and the ride took around 15 minutes on a Friday evening. It cost around £10. I slept well - it seemed to be pretty quiet, although I’d had a couple of beers! Breakfast is served 6:30-10:00 on a week day. Again, it was basic but tasty and there was choice of cereals, toast, continental and cooked food. My only gripe was the lack of vegetarian hot food. On checking out, I was able to leave my bad whilst I went to further explore the city. This was useful. All in all, this is a good option. The location is great and the hotel represents good value for money. I would recommend it for a short stay. Happy travels! ”
