“Not a new hotel, but very clean, staff were very helpful. The room was fine and well appointed. Plenty of on-site parking. For a one night stay it was ideal.”

“Stayed 2 nights for a medical procedure. The staff were lovely and the room and facilities were good, but there was dried pee all over out toilet seat, definite smell of cigarette smoke in the room, and the windows are broken (the rubber seal on the window doesn't contact the frame so there's a 1cm gap on each side through which came cold air, a dog barking all night, and construction noise from 7am onwards. Terrible nights sleep!”

“Lovely room but disappointed that Monday-Friday breakfast is a small hamper delivered to your room and not a full English breakfast. This was only communicated to us on arrival and for the price was not best value. Would have thought that during a BH weekend full breakfast would have been available.”

“Our stay at this hotel was amazing. The staff were very helpful & friendly. Our room was cosy, clean and warm. The restaurant food was beautiful and plentiful. The spa facilities were a plus. Overall the price we paid was excellent value for money and I will without doubt return to this lovely hotel.”
