“Stayed here as we were attending a wedding in Manor Hill. We find the property decent and the location was okay. Uber was our best friend travelling from one place to another. Breakfast buffet was decent and as expected. I like the option that you could ask them to cook pan cakes for you but I feel like they don't offer / advertise it to all guest. We initially got a premium room which was a decent size. Our friends got the same room but there's were a little cramp compare to ours. We then decided to upgrade to the double suite to have a place for all of us to hang out. I really like that the room was spacious and it does not feel crowded even when there are 8 people in the room hanging out and eating pizza, that's why we find the dining table was very useful. The pool was decent size as well and the kids enjoyed it. Nothing fancy but serves it purpose. The staff was over all accommodating if you don't count one of the receptionist who checked us in. As initially she told me that the hotel and is full and could not accommodate an upgrade without even checking / looking at their system. Then I went back to her after seeing our initial room assignment and only then did she accommodate my request for upgrade. Take note this is not a free upgrade, we are paying for the room price difference. The only downfall of this stay was some of the air-conditioning are not working (some of our friends received an email informing them about this but not us) (which have been there issue for more than a year as per the receptionist) and unfortunately enough the upgraded room we got, its air-conditioning was non-functional. I went to the same receptionist to see if there was another room available with a functioning air cooler and she point blank said "No" without even trying to see their system and she said we can just open the window. This was not really a great example of customer service. I can say that the hotel was not fully booked as their were not much foot traffic in the hallways / corridors so I believe there would have been another available room and she just couldn't be bothered. Also, no available hygiene kit during our stay which the male receptionist stated - they have not had any for months.”

“You have to pay extra for; Parking Gym Pool, Sauna & Steam room, If you can get a cheap room from another wed site (Under £50 ish), then it works out alright.”
