“We stayed here as we had a party at the astbury golf & Lodge club just over the road. It was absolutely beautiful when we arrived we was informed we had been upgraded to the duck cottage it was stunning. Will 100% be back”

“Well situated in Bridgnorth and with dedicated parking behind the pub. We had the Retro room so the bathroom, although en-suite, was down a few steps. The shower would benefit from bleaching and a deep clean. Breakfast was good and the staff we met were very pleasant.”

“Friendly welcome Room very small (no 8 )very dated but it is a very old place so it comes with the territory Extremely small bathroom but very good shower (if your on the larger size forget it as door opening is small) on the plus side the buffet breakfast was extremely good with good quality sausage and bacon all piping hot Theres a good choice of cereal etc aswell ”

“The Woodberry was easily walkable into Bridgnorth. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that disappointed us:- The breakfast was not very good ie a few pastries,yogurt plus cereals. Cooked breakfast you had to purchase extra, considering the Saturday night price for a room was more than double midweek. ”

“Dirty stained mattresses . Hair sink in bathroom . Smell of dirty drains in bathroom . Had a refund for the room but it spoilt our trip . ”
