“stayed the Bank holiday weekend. Nice, clean rooms. Staff knowledge could do with updating, asked about the advertised evening entertainment, couldn't tell me who was on, or even where it would be! very poor compared to other large Blackpool hotels. dissapointed to find out the advertised pool & Gym closed down some years earlier. Also surprised to visit the main restaurant and be told I would have to book as they were busy (3 staff and 4 occupied tables). Nice hotel, but room for improvements.”
