Perfect for the price

The room was clean and warm although dated, the bed was comfy with good firm pillows. The breakfast was a buffet style and seemed to cater for everyone's requirement, being of good quality with helpful and pleasant staff. There were pool and gym facilities although we did not use them. There were acts on certain nights, we attended an Abba tribute act which was good. The location is convenient for getting out and about by car or tram. They are budget rooms and priced accordingly. I would however recommend that the advertised image of the outer and inner building be updated to reflect its current appearance.

Hotel itself is a bit dated but for a long weekend away it was ideal. Right on the tram so easy to access Blackpool centre but far enough out to miss the noise! Exceptional breakfast and probably first time ever in a hotel i did not feel the need to clean the cutlery before using it. Chefs kept the food flowing and was surprisingly hot given the number of guests they had to feed. Staff could not do enough for you had an issue with kettle on arrival and it was exchanged for a brand new one within ten minutes. Few racist comments from some guests handled professionally by reception staff and duty managers. I would defo stay here again

Not totally bad it was cheap value for money my room was clean but food was exceptional value has mixed guests normal people and a lot of not normal people some from low quality social backgrounds that spoil this hotel for example getting a pint from the bar and had various people asking for me to buy them a drink because their card don’t work apparently and asking for cigarettes I noticed some order drinks and cards declined not ideal for the hotels reputation. We checked out 2 days early
