“The Willows is effectively a pub with a hotel annex and it does it well. Check-in was smooth, and the room was ready. I'd describe it as functional rather than luxurious but it was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. There's not a lot around there in terms of places to walk to for food or drink, but being a pub that isn't really an issue for a couple of nights! High marks for the staff, too. Every single one was friendly and helpful. Overall, recommended for business.”

“They are blaming Agoda site and they ignored my requests before I arrived for early check in and also they informed us the check out time is 1030AM i tried to explain for them I reserved two room for four adults and they didn’t accept that also there was no personilty because they keep recording even the conversations videos and audio for the guests which meant maybe inside the rooms you can’t trust your personality is protected, no way to recommend it for anyone ”
