“Got rm 08- dont be expecting panorama views! Compact room with a massive king size bed! All the usual fixtures and fittings, inc tea/coffee facilities, safe and complimentary water. No free Hastings Duck. LoL. Slow check in process. Didn't release any rooms until 3pm hence queues at reception! NB discounted car parking at nearby multi story- saved £10!”

“We checked in on December the 31st 2023 for our 1 night stay. The lady at the reception was very friendly, professional and helpful and got us checked in on-time. Our room was on the 6th floor, was very clean and had everything we'd need for our stay. The bathroom was spotless and had a bath and shower, which was a great surprise and both the bath as well as the shower were out of this world: só good 👍 The location is right in the city centre, which was excellent. The only little tiny minus was that they don't provide a full breakfast option. But due to the location, there are plenty other restaurants, etc, so that wasn't a big problem.”

“The price i paid for a single room was excessive. And I asked for a late check-out which was agreed but on the day they said they had reached their quota fro the day and couldn't honour it. There also wasn't bottled water in the room or a fridge. It doesn't sound great, but that isn't fair as the room was lovely, staff pleasant and a great location.”
