“Have stayed here numerous times and never had an issue. However both the room it's self and the bathroom were absolutely freezing cold.... Baltic 🥶🥶. Although the duty manager got the heater running correctly it took an eternity to warm the room. The heater noise was really loud, no way of having this running and getting sleep. Shut it off to sleep and woke up very very cold. Also had to turn on the fused spur for the bathroom heater. Real shame as I have never had an issue here, hopefully it's an isolated incident. Rooms should definitely be at a comfortable level for guests arrival.”

“our stay was for only one night ; we arrived in the afternoon, reception was smooth we were escorted to our courtyard facing room which was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable we had a very nice lunch. the evening was quiet, the inclusive breakfast had a good selection and was very tasty”
