Have stayed here numerous times and never had an issue. However both the room it's self and the bathroom were absolutely freezing cold.... Baltic 🥶🥶. Although the duty manager got the heater running correctly it took an eternity to warm the room. The heater noise was really loud, no way of having this running and getting sleep. Shut it off to sleep and woke up very very cold. Also had to turn on the fused spur for the bathroom heater. Real shame as I have never had an issue here, hopefully it's an isolated incident. Rooms should definitely be at a comfortable level for guests arrival.

Weekend Stay

We stayed at Cranfield Management Development Centre for a weekend festival we were attending. Its a least a 20 min drive from main side Milton Keynes. Check in was straightforward and the front desk staff were pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. We included breakfast which was filling, however a choice of eggs would have been nice. It was fairly pricey due to the increased demand, however we have no complaints about our stay.

Nice hotel with swimming pool and excellent staff

Hotel is located in Cranfield which is a university village. Location is great if you are visiting the uni or business parks. There are frequent bus services to Milton Keynes every 30 minutes until 10pm. Hotel has a swimming pool which is good. Also has a gym but I didn't use. Buffet breakfast most days which was very good. Full English and Continental breakfast. Restaurant was closed in the evening as it was off season (uni closed for holidays) but the bar offered meals which were good and reasonably priced. Room was a little small but cozy. Aircon could have been better and was lacking a mini-fridge in the room. Staff were friendly, efficient and professional and quickly catered to all my needs and requests. I stayed for 2 nights to visit my work office. I enjoyed my stay here and will book again if the need arises.

Excellent stay

Staff couldn’t do enough. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms lovely and spacious and clean. And to top off had a swimming pool which we used and was great. Will definitely return to this hotel
