“Booked a room on 06/08/2026 for 1 night. Booking was made around 4pm when we got to hotel there was no staff there to check us in. We contacted the property via mobile phone number provided and they said they don't have any rooms available they are fully booked. I had email confirmation of booking but they said they are fully hooked and could not accommodate us. So after contacting the booking team Agoda they had us on hold for more than 30 mins to say sorry you need to book another room in different hotel. This was now around 11pm when we was stranded and had to book another hotel which cost us double the money and all the hassle we had to go through. I advise any1 booking this hotel to be careful as they might end up like us. ”
