“It was nice but our booking with Agoda shows that we have as well spa, in room bathroom and breakfast but these three facilities were completely missing. Spa and hot tub was one of the reasons why we chose the location but we only had a shower, no spa or bathroom in the room. There was a hot tub outside, but you had to pay extra to use it. We were disappointed because we did not get what we paid for.”
