“Everything was good but late chkin was a little bit uncomfortable to us.”

“I was surprised to discover that there are 2 Omena Hotels in Turku. This should have been clearly stated. As an overseas tourist not knowing meant google maps sent me to the wrong location. To add to my problems I had no idea about receiving an sms code. With an overseas mobile I was unable to receive the message. The information was on the site when I retrospectively checked but Agoda could have clearly stated what a contactless check in was and asked if I wanted the code sent by email or sms. From Australia roaming charges are too high to keep the same mobile number.”

“The ac did not work in the room even adjust and set the temp and put the fan automode”

“Interesting hotel with novel background and history. But no mini fridge in room. Location is not too convenient.”
