“Actually the only one problem is, there is no phone number in the reservation and when you arrive you don’t know how to get the key… The breakfast is ok, but when the plate with food finish will be good to bring the new one… otherwise you will stay hungry…”

“駅から近いようで遠い。主な観光は駅の西側にあるので、そこまで行くのに意外と時間がかかる。 サウナは正直機能していなかった。寒くてすぐに出た。 外から見えるのでは！？と不安になるガラス（外から見えないということは中からはわからない） 更衣室にドア一枚しかないので、誰かがガバっと空けたら中が見えてしまう。。たしかになんでこんなことになるのか不思議である…”

“Place was really clean when we checked in, though the room was quite small as compared to others. Loved the theme of the lobby and canteen, the ambience was really enjoyable. Slippers were not included with the room however, and had to purchased as an add-on at 5 euro per pair.”

“Stayed here for 3 nights with my hubby. Location is very good. There’s no wow factor, it’s just a straight forward hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 8th floor, clean and good size. However It was hot during the night and we couldn’t alter the temperature, so that wasn’t great. There’s also no water bottles in the room which is unusual. Minimum coffee pods too. It was only on the 2nd day after noticing that house keeping had not serviced our room that I noticed a door hanging sign with small print on it stating basically “doing their bit for the environment so housekeeping will be on the third day but could make requests” we have never seen this before and even though it states the “third” day, in fact it’s the fourth because we never had housekeeping service our room up to the point of leaving on Sunday morning, having been there since Thursday. I did mention this to reception when leaving, she repeated we could’ve made requests - well firstly we didn’t realise until the 2nd night upon reading the sign (it’s not visibly stated in another area) and then we had expected them to come on the third day. This was disappointing.. most places at least have house keeping come in and you choose whether to leave your towels on the floor etc but to not even come in to fix the bed or provide clean cups/more coffee pods… I feel it’s a cop out in the guise of “saving the environment “ We had breakfast for three mornings, it does get a bit repetitive but it’s fine. The one negative is when the dining area becomes very busy which was on Sunday and the queues are very long. There is only one access point to the cold and hot buffet, and even though you might only want the hot buffet, you have to join the long queue which is frustrating. There is one coffee machine for speciality coffees (Americanos etc..) and one filter coffee station, there should be two coffee machines but I feel they wouldn’t have the space. We attended the gym which is a small enough area, one of the mornings there were 4 of us in there and if you’re trying to do mat work, the area is small and restrictive, other than that it’s ok. Overall it was pleasant but some things could be improved, kog sure we would return. ”

“We had to move rooms because our room was dirty. There were indistinguishable marks on a mattress and I was concerned about bed bugs. We were then upgraded to a suite. I enquired how to use the sauna in the room, but there were no instructions and staff did not respond to my request for assistance. I’m not Finish, so I don’t know! Therefore we couldn’t use the nicest thing about the room. The pool and spa is only open limited hours which makes it tricky to use. I booked the hotel because it had a pool but didn’t end up using it because of the limited hours. The staff are friendly but ineffective. The location is good, but the whole place needs a really deep clean., and the management to take responsibility for ensuring all staff follow through on request/ actions. I booked here because it was the most affordable option for me as a single parent , even more so than Airbnb. And it was supposed to be a treat. It was disappointing.”
