“Great friendly staff, nice atmosphere, great food in restaurant. Wish there was a bottle of water in the room. Either complimentary or a stocked mini bar. - Whilst I'm sure the tap water is completely drinkable - as someone who's travelled the world, I appreciate being directed to a bottle of water, I know is safe. Also the shower curtain was too long for the drop into the bath, so found myself standing on it in the bath.”

“It was cold in the room, although I've turned heating conditioner on maximum. Bed is too soft, after Marriott and Hilton you can really feel the difference. Breakfast is good, location is in the center. Restourant has discounts for members of Scandic which is quite easy to get. Next time will choose Radisson or Sokos.”

“I had an exceptional stay at Lapland Hotels Oulu, where everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. My room was spotless, comfortable, and ensuring a restful experience. The sauna was a bit too hot for my liking, but that's understandable since it’s likely an authentic Finnish sauna. They also have an indoor pool, which I didn’t get a chance to try, but I believe it’s open from morning until night. The highlight, however, was the breakfast—offering a wide array of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes, all served in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Overall, Lapland Hotels Oulu provided a perfect blend of comfort, service, and quality that made my stay truly memorable. Thank you and I’ll be back🙂”
