“The price was cheap, and the staff were super accommodating. There was a general sense of "not quite perfect" about most things, like three glasses lined up in the bathroom with one dirty or similar. However, it was always minor and within tolerance for the price range.”

“Room and entire hotel very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very easy to book, check-in and check-out. Very close to public transport and huge mall/shopping centre. However, no kettle in room which is usually standard. Room and hotel decor also a bit grim, all grey and black and white. Very little colour. ”
