“A lot of activities, pool, tabletennis, suffleboard. A short walk to a great playground. We were really pleased!”

“The location is exceptional with a view of the fjord from the main building. We stayed in one of the annexes which was uphill from the main building. It was conveniently connected to the main building via an elevator. The room was big and and modernly furnished. No AC available, but a fan in the cupboard allowed us to speed up the ventilation once the sun set. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Dinner prices somewhat high, but good quality. Breakfast had everything you could expect and even offered bitter and other liquors., The views from the restaurant are stunning. ”

“Room: My son and I had the pleasure of staying in the Posh Room for two nights, from June 25 to June 27, 2026. The check-in and check-out procedures were flawlessly executed. The room exuded both spaciousness and elegance; however, the lack of air conditioning rendered the experience somewhat uncomfortable due to the rising temperatures. At check-in, the temperature was a warm 26 degrees, escalating to a sweltering 32 degrees by check-out! I sincerely hope the hotel will contemplate the addition of air conditioning to elevate the guest experience. Breakfast: An extensive array of exquisite continental cuisine awaited us. We indulged to our heart's content, yet the menu could benefit from a broader selection of international dishes to satisfy the diverse palates of global guests.
