“First of all, the spa is INSANE! We absolutely loved the facilities. I booked two rooms for one night to get ready for our civil wedding, and overall, it was a good choice. However, I think the hotel could improve the rooms a little bit. The balconies are quite old and there were a lot of mosquitoes. There was also no AC at all. I’m used to receiving a warm welcome at the hotels we’ve stayed at, but unfortunately, we didn’t really get that here. The staff felt quite cold and not very welcoming — there wasn’t much smiling or warmth. That said, the hotel itself is nice, and the restaurant is nice as well (although you’re going to have to wait quite a while for your food). Overall, I’d rate the experience 7/10.”

“The exterior of the apartment may not look quite nice, but the interior looks nice. There isn't a separate bedroom, it's just an IKEA book shelf partition between the twin beds (comfortable) and the living room/kitchen area. It would be great if the host could install a blind for the window in the bathroom. I hung a towel over it for privacy. I did not mind the camera monitoring the kitchen/ living room area (where the sofa bed is). The host explained that the camera was the fire department monitoring in case of fire. ”
