First of all, the spa is INSANE! We absolutely loved the facilities. I booked two rooms for one night to get ready for our civil wedding, and overall, it was a good choice. However, I think the hotel could improve the rooms a little bit. The balconies are quite old and there were a lot of mosquitoes. There was also no AC at all. I’m used to receiving a warm welcome at the hotels we’ve stayed at, but unfortunately, we didn’t really get that here. The staff felt quite cold and not very welcoming — there wasn’t much smiling or warmth. That said, the hotel itself is nice, and the restaurant is nice as well (although you’re going to have to wait quite a while for your food). Overall, I’d rate the experience 7/10.
