“Hotel altamente recomendable. Fui con mi hermano y a ambos nos sorprendió MUY gratamente el establecimiento, desde el mismo check-in. Personal súper amable y profesional. La cena estupenda y el desayuno no menos completo y de calidad. Sólo puedo hablar maravillas y confirmar que si Dios quiere, volveremos !”

“We booked a total of 9 rooms for a 9 nights. On the last night , I checked with the front office about checking out later or If they can help to keep our luggages as we need to check out early for an award ceremony and back to hotel to get our bags and pick up by airport transfer. The night lady manger who also did our check in was super unfriendly and unhelpful. All she said is NO NO NO even we already explained that our luggages had reduced as our event had over. But she total not interested to hear us and just tell us NO NO NO. This is not what you will expect from a hotel. But I had to say the morning shift front office manager was super friendly to help us with the luggages an offer a space for our bigger boxes. ”

“Location is very good, No noise from outside. Totally clean, and comfortable for staying. But only Shower room is partially covered, and the other side is always opened. Take care for Shower no to have lake in the room.. Receptionist is also matured, fully supported.”

“There was no staff when I checked in. I waited in front of the building for half an hour. They can't speak a word of English. The host don't answer any messages or phone calls. The room is dirty. THE WIFI IS NOT WORKING. This hotel ruined my trip. Never use this hotel.”
