We booked a total of 9 rooms for a 9 nights. On the last night , I checked with the front office about checking out later or If they can help to keep our luggages as we need to check out early for an award ceremony and back to hotel to get our bags and pick up by airport transfer. The night lady manger who also did our check in was super unfriendly and unhelpful. All she said is NO NO NO even we already explained that our luggages had reduced as our event had over. But she total not interested to hear us and just tell us NO NO NO. This is not what you will expect from a hotel. But I had to say the morning shift front office manager was super friendly to help us with the luggages an offer a space for our bigger boxes.

Had a short stay of 3 nights and was very happy with the room, staff etc. Clean, comfortable room in a good location to travel by car, train and other public transport.

This hotel is location in front of the Ludwigsburg trainstation. A great for visiting surrounding cities like Stuttgart. The staff is very friendly and give a family like atmosphere.

We didn't get the lowest rates as it was a busy weekend. This affected the value perception. NH standards seem to have fallen. The rooms are spartan, no bedtime story books, no chocolates on the pillow, these were NH signatures. Besides this there's no minifridge and they won't clean your room automatically, you have to ask for it. There were no slippers and reception didn't have any either. The toiletries in the bathroom are the refillable kind. Shower pressure is good. Cleaning is so so - there was dirt under the sink and the foot of the WC. The location is great because its across the street from the train station. But otherwise its a featureless business district with no charm. The hotel is next to an event arena which can get loud at night. We didn't have the breakfast and can't comment. Reception staff was variable. Some were very nice, some spoke only German and were not very welcoming. There is paid covered parking if you have your own car. Overall I might stay again if I had to but it wouldn't be my first choice. And this is coming from someone who ten years ago was a fan and frequent user of the NH hotels network.

There's nothing standout. The rooms are quite small, the facilites are minimal and the cleanliness is average. It all depends on what price you get. At up to 80 Euros I'd say its a good deal. Beyond that - you can probably do better.
