“제 경험상 깨끗하고 좋은 호텔이고 시내 중심가에서도 멀지 않아요! 하지만 매트리스가 불편하고 쿠션이 너무 푹신해서 잠을 잘 수가 없어요. 심지어 추가 쿠션도 없고, 특히 1인당 하나밖에 없어요 👎. 안타깝게도 직원은 아무것도 요청하지 않았고, 다음 날 객실 청소 직원에게 쿠션을 더 추가해 달라고 부탁했지만 결국 해주지 않았어요. 참고로, 위치 말고는 청결과 편안함을 더 중요하게 생각해요!”

“Agréablement surpris par la chambre spacieuse, le balcon… et surtout, la mini kitchenette. Bel accueil, buffet petit déjeuner varié (aussi du lait végétal), ambiance calme. Et le tout pour un prix plus que raisonnable. ”

“Good place to stay. They do not provide fans in the rooms so it was hot in the day but have huge windows and it was cold at night so it was a little bit better. But the staff was good and well spoken. Really helpful. ”

“I’ve been to many Hotels and usually don’t write reviews, but this Hotel stay made me do it this time. I booked this Hotel because of the location, I have an appointment at one the Office around the area and the Facility supposedly have Air-condition. Just need a Place to stay and sleep after my Nightshift and a long travel time of almost 6 hrs from Schwarzwald area to Düsseldorf. My stay was on May 29 and it was really hot that day. I booked and paid already on-line using Agoda App. During check-in, you have to do it digitally on a tablet, which is no problem for me because there are many similar Hotels in Asia that does the same. However, the Asian-looking receptionist approached me unpleasantly, as if I am a kid that’s being told off. I can’t explain it but I felt unwelcome, I ‘m an Asian too and I felt that she treats me differently from other European Guests. I brush-it off because I’m tired and sleepy. As part of Check-in process, I have to present a Debit or Credit Card to complete it. I tried to inform the receptionist that everything was paid already on-line but she told me that I still need to present it for deposit and I will get it back upon Check-out, so I did. It charged me over €206. When I reached the room, to my surprise, the AC and TV is not working. I went back to the Reception to report it, this time a Guy receptionist was there and he tried to fix the problem. He was able to fix the TV, but the AC was to no avail. He just asked me to open the window if it gets too hot and offered me a free breakfast, but I decline. At that point I’m awake for around 30 hours and I just want to sleep. I don't care about food or room change. I just slept in the room with no AC, even though it’s one of the main reason I booked this Hotel. I slept the whole night until almost 10am all sweaty and dehydrated. Good thing I have a portable fan, maybe that’s why I survived. I checked-out May 30, Saturday and on Monday the €206 deposit was gone, but they charge me again of the Hotel Stay, that same amount I paid already to Agoda app. 😭 So I paid double. I called the Reservation Hotline and they acknowledge it. I also sent an email to them. It’s now June 6 as I write this review. Still, I haven’t heard from them. I hope I get my money back. This is really a nightmare.😭 ”
