“Excellent hotel, the rooms are massive and you stay in your own little lodge, ours had an amazing view of the volcano and was equipped with 2 comfy beds and air conditioning, a good distance from a few good restraunts and a quick drive into La fortuna, would definitely recommend ”

“Very clean rooms. Hot springs are well made, enjoyed them. Beautiful property. Rooms are not that pleasing, its clean but maybe dated. We stayed there one night. ”

“The hotel location was perfect for me and my activities. I had a rental car & parking was easy and safe. The benefits of staying here was the after hours ability to use certain hot springs. All the staff was friendly, helpful. Front desk help me pay my parking ticket summons on the app I didn't understand how to use. The spa service was wonderful and very relaxing. Breakfast was amazing. One morning they had fried fish and it was the best thing I ate during my trip. I would absolutely return back. ”

“Los lagos is a must stay type of place. Leave your troubles behind and enjoy a piña colada in a thermal pool. The clouds cover the top of the volcano...sometimes.”

“Fabulous rooms overlooking the volcano. Restaurant staff v helpful especially John at breakfast, but otherwise the main restaurant is a bit soulless. Food is ok but aimed at a North American market. No terrace bar to have evening sundowner drinks is a shame. ”

“The hotel is located 5 min drive from La Fortuna. If you have a rental, it will make getting there much easier. The property is situated in a lush green hilly garden. There is a lot of birds around. The environment is superb. The facility is a bit dated. Overall, I am happy withe the stay.”
