Wonderful Hotel

The hotel location was perfect for me and my activities. I had a rental car & parking was easy and safe. The benefits of staying here was the after hours ability to use certain hot springs. All the staff was friendly, helpful. Front desk help me pay my parking ticket summons on the app I didn't understand how to use. The spa service was wonderful and very relaxing. Breakfast was amazing. One morning they had fried fish and it was the best thing I ate during my trip. I would absolutely return back.

Worth the Money!

Hot springs are amazing. Lot of options to choose from for privacy or fun. Onsite restaurants are average but lot of good food within 10 min drive. The staff was helpful.

Baldi during La Semana Santa week

Crowded but it was expected. Breakfast was decent with an omelette station. Didn't have dinner there but most people I ask said to go outside the resort. Value for the money is terrible. Everything is a la carte not even free sodas or water. Spent Disney type money for 4 people. Won't go again unless it's half price.

A very nice hot spring hotel

The room is a bit old fashion but pretty nice, stuffs are friendly and willing to help. Hot springs are nice and comfort, they have so many pools, which is nice. Restaurant is okay, orange juice is nice. The Wi-Fi in room is very unstable, sometimes good but sometimes very poor, mostly not very good.
