“Repeated daily online and email attempts to cancel my reservation the day it was made nearly one week in advance made Sunday for Friday occupancy were deterred at every step by Agoda and the Hotel. Each claimed it had not receive d a cancellation request ( I never received a confirmation) was the other's responsibility I spoke live with actual human Agoda employees, and neither would issue a refund. In the end I was unable to obtain a refund for the $1000 plus stay. I would not trust them to be fair or reasonable in any matter. My confidence in Agoda is reduced as well. ”
