“Stayed one Thurs - Fri night, really poor experience overall. The rooms have really thin walls so you can hear other rooms and street activity, including the bar right behind the hotel which played music ALL night (I’m writing this at 7am and they’re still playing rave music). I’m not exaggerating when I say it was probably 80-90 decibels in the room the entire night, felt like I was at the bar. My check-in process was also awful. There’s no instructions for entering the building when you reserve the room and only a Ring doorbell to enter the property. I sat outside for 10 minutes pressing it and trying to get a hold of the front desk by calling (front desk never connected, I finally had to call the booking office and get transferred). When I was inside, they asked me to stand in the very small lobby for 20 minutes to wait, right next to a man who was painting the wall - felt like I was getting high from the fumes. Then they finally came out opened my room for me - it had been ready and I was standing next to it the whole time! Pablo offered me complimentary breakfast for the trouble which is kind, but I’d still raise that the process was quite bad for the amount im paying. My room was much bigger than expected, 2 rooms, a kitchen, and a living room. It’s missing a few basics (wash cloths, etc.). Comfortable beds and in theory a decent option for a large group, but be prepared to have a poor check-in and zero sleep. Can’t say I’d recommend. ”

“El personal en su totalidad de Blues Suites Medellín Antioquia fue de primera ,el área de recepción los chicos muy amables en todo momento área de cuartos limpios recogidos y muy acogedores el desayuno área espectacular especialmente Angelo uno de los chicos del desayuno siempre con buena actitud ante nosotros Todos Los Días . Definitivamente Regresaré.”
