“The space is good, the balcony is tiny, the service is amazing ! I will surely book again this hotel, not because of the room it'slef... But the personel !! The room is really cold, and there is no way of turning the heating system on because this is central command, so it was 19°C, which is cold for me. Also there is missing a fridge, and since no breakfast is possible from the hotel (paid or not) the use of the balcony for a morning breakfast is not possible... and no fridge , so no buying in advance for breakfast. But the service and the taking care of the client is really exceptional... and this would definitvely make me rebook the hotel !”

“직원들이 친절했어요. 역까지 걸어서 5분도 안 걸려서 기차를 제시간에 탈 수 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 전기 주전자는 없었지만, 요청할 때마다 뜨거운 물을 제공해 주셨어요. 마을도 아주 예쁘고 아기자기했습니다. 라인 폭포가 역 바로 옆에 있어서 찾아갈 필요도 없었어요. 기차에서 보는 경치도 정말 멋졌습니다. 호텔 위치도 최고였어요. 엘리베이터는 없지만, 저희는 2층에 묵었습니다. ”
