“Located new York U, this property is a big house with many small rooms in it. Our room was located at the back which is not next to the other tenants which is good. Only food options nearby are the restaurants in YorkU. Basic facilities available, the fridge does not work but that is fine. Toilet and Shower facilities are alright but recommended to bring your own. There is a slight smell but easily solved by opening the door and the backyard door directly outside our room. Hotel was flexible in letting us store our belongings in early, however we narrowly missed our coach as the operator of the number in charge of 332 was not responsive in the morning until almost 12pm. However other than that, staff was quite responsive in the afternoon and night. Cleanliness could be better, but still manageable. Would even say my bunk in Basic Military Training was cleaner. Overall, very much value for money but just be prepared to not get responsive replies from staff in the morning/do not have too high expectation for the cleanliness.”
